The Zoo

The kids are on spring break so we took a couple of days and went and had fun. We played at Trafalga, went out to dinner, stayed overnight at a motel {with a swimming pool}, and then went up to the zoo.

It was a pretty cold day for late April but then again this whole spring has been pretty cold and wet.

We have taken Jayce to the zoo several times since he was littleand it is fun to see him grow on the gorilla picture :)

They are pretty close to the actual heights.

You want me to do what?

Tumbling

This year Haylee has been traveling to Salem once a week for gymnastics. They were able to provide her with a little more training than what was available locally. She has really done well and improved. but..  maybe not her thing I guess. She wants to move on and try other things so we are going to start dance and piano in the fall.

I missed getting any pictures of her vaulting...  I drive one more time in may so I will have to try and get pics then.

Getting older

Today I celebrated #29.  It was just me and the kids. Dustin was in Denver for a week doing some training. So these pictures are courtesy of miss Haylee.

Dustin and I did manage to go out to dinner a few days before he left. And I enjoyed the day trying my hardest to do nothing of too much importance. I appreciated the gifts and cards from all my wonderful friends and family.

Rykers new favorite pastime is to empty the book cupboard and look at {sometimes destroy} all the books.   Noticed this cupboard door has a child lock on it so I can decide when he gets to make his mess..

Funny kids...

I found Ryker chillin on Dustin's side of the bed. he could see the TV from down there and was just hanging out.

My children decided to play doggie at grandma's so she humored them by feeding them cereal. Then Z decided she was thirst which led to something else altogether...  at least they had fun :)
