Wow. So it is almost the end of January and I haven't posted yet this year. I haven't even been that busy. Just burned out from the Holidays I think. New Years came and went. We had our Hooper family Holiday party on January 3. Here are a few pictures:

Last Saturday was my sister in law Alyssa's baby shower. They are having a girl (they think) and will name her Sierra. I am excited for my 1st niece. But sad at the same time that 2 months after she is born they are moving to England for 4 years.

Tomorrow I will be going to Dustin's cousin's wedding and luncheon. Then afterwards I have Whitney and BJ's engagement pictures to take. Should be a fun day with the family.
I have loved all my friends who have made an effort to share their gratitude when they post. It is so uplifting. So I would like to belatedly jump on the bandwagon and join with them in expressing gratitude for the many blessings I have in my life.
Today I was grateful for a day off work to spend some time with my girls and get caught up on the bottomless to-do list. As soon as I publish this I can check one more thing off. Yesterday I was especially grateful to have a sister to talk to when I needed one. Thanks Leah. I love you.

You are one busy girl! I honestly don't know how you keep up with it all! I'm glad you have some sister-in-laws now to make up for growing up with all brothers! yeah!!!
